Myciti refunds department is bad and delayed

MyCiti's refund department 'sucks' big time. It has been 32 days since I lodge a complaint regarding a refund and no response as yet. They are investigating, but I think that department needs to be investigated because it's bleddy ridiculous that I have to wait so long for a refund to be loaded on to my card.
