Myciti Refund

Worst service EVER! If i can rate them 0 stars, I would! BEEN going back and forth with the refund or funds department on paying back my R890 that didn't go through on my monthly card in 2022!! I'm being sent back and forth by Shanon Manuel for documents that I have already sent. Worst part is, there isn't even a contract number that one can contract them on. The situation is starting to feel like they don't really want to help you. This is damn joke!
