MyCiti not taking responsibility

I experienced public transport in Australia and was impressed and wanted to use it in South Africa to show my wife that it is not that bad. My mistake. Our last bus were supposed to leave from station "X" to station "Y" at 21:57. When we arrived at the station ready to get on our final bus the lady there said the last bus left at 21:26 already. I phoned customer service and even spoke to the lady's supervisor. He said there's nothing he can do and expected me and my wife to walk 6km home that time of the night. He took my details and said he will submit a complaint and email me the reference - I am still waiting for the email. Their schedule from which we planned our trip was incorrect and they just pulled up their shoulders. It is unacceptable and and I would not recommend their service to anyone. Me and my wife's safety were at sake, but they couldn't care less.

Also, the driver of one of the busses we were on nearly ran over a lady jogging with her baby in a pram as he turned right not using his indicator. I honestly expected a bit more. #poorservice #myciti #disappointed #dissatisfied #onlyinsouthafrica #whatthefutureholds
