MYCITI NOT DELIVERING

Good Day<br> <br> I travel home on the MyCiti route 102 ( CT - Salt River). The service in the last few months has been appalling. They blame the strike, but the service has been bad even before the strike.<br> <br> They have a bus schedule but not once in this time has the bus sticked to this schedule. I tapped in yesterday at 16:15 at the Adderley str stop. The schedule said bus at 16:19 , 16:33, 16:44, 16:55. There was one bus in this time at 16:25 and it was full! There were no buses until 17:20 and it was also full - I had to squeeze in and stand the entire route.<br> <br> They are not delivering on what they advertise. I have logged numerous complaints via email, only to get a generic response, whereby they do not even get my title right. This makes me wonder whether they are actually reading my complaint, or do they just not care???
