Myciti must repay me my money or send points into my card .

Good day, My name is Ntombesisa Madela. I reside in Summer Greens I use mycity to travel to work here in Century city. Yesterday morning 15/03/2023)i loaded for R50 using the machine by (Century Gate because the kiosks/window there is for ever closed. During my lunch I went to the Main kiosk (Century City) to find out what was going on because the machine has deducted the money but the points didn't go through. It a second time this happens first time it was R200, they only give you a form to fill and they'll tell you they gonna get back to you in 32 days and that will never happen. I gave them a bank statement to see that the machine did take my money and didn't send my points to myciti card. They lady who was assisting by the Name Nokuthula she just said, "it's not their problem the machine is under City of Cape Town"
