Myciti is the Pits

Myciti is the pits They can never help My monthly got ****** in July and they refused to assist me in transferring my monthly to another card then I lost my new myciti card again which I loaded out R400 on 28 July and I submitted all documents…affidavit, old card number …literally everything but I was already concerned as I stood there because the way they were handling the paperwork of other people that was laying there so here we are mind August and the points have still not been transferred.

The workers at the station just keeps on shouting, don’t come to us, city of Cape Town will email you. But that’s unfair… I had also load points on a card online and when I got to the validator it said expired. I find myciti and their practices really complex
