Myciti is *****ing money out my babk

I have a serious complaint against myciti as they are taking money from me due to rejected transactions. This incidence occurred on 31 March and I have not used a myciti since this day or been to any station

I put R50 mover points on two cards at Adderley station using the machine(totaling R100). I tried putting R50 on a third card but it kept rejecting the card. Eventually I gave up and put R50 on this card at the civic center station as the person at Adderly was cashing up. However my attempts at the machine, unsuccessful, are now being charged on my bank account from myciti. R300 so far has been taken off my account for a transaction on 3 cards that should have cost me R150 in total. This is a lot of money and is serious to me. They don’t answer emails
