Myciti is *****ing money from us.

I have tried every avenue for the last 4 months with myciti to resolve my issue to no avail.

I travel on myciti to work everyday. From blouberg Sands to the Stadium. Each month myciti takes at least R150 off my card for what reason I still cannot find out. I tap in and out each day and every time it registers that I have done so and take off the relevant fee.

I have spoken to numerous staff fro myciti at Civic Centre and Tableview stations. Each time I speak to them regarding why this money has been deducted, I get a different story. They also keep giving me a different answer to penalties. Some staff at Civic / Tableview say that there are no penalties on my statements and others say there are.

I waited three months for them to investigate my previous refund forms - and also came back saying no penalties were subtracted. So where is the money going?

I budget each month for my travel costs and just can't afford for myciti to keep deducted monies.

I am not the only person that this is happening to and a stop has to be put to it.

I don't know who to contact next to assist in this issue.

In these hard economic times, no one can afford to pay out extra money for no good reason.

If you take myciti, I would seriously suggest you monitor the travel costs.
