Myciti ********** transactions

On the 15 December 2022 my bank account was debited by micity without me being at any bus station or kiosk. I have reported this via the toll free number and emails. They refuse to repay me and want me to buy a new card after I repeatedly told them I opt for golden arrow services. I gave them a myciti card number ,but they want me to purchase a new card. They are unhelpful, unreliable ,unfriendly staff members. I urge others to not use their bank cards to load points rather use cash. I had to pay for a new bank card as this was a card purchase that was made and I was not close to any myciti kiosk on that day. Today is the 17 March 2023. I'm still waiting on my money.
