MyCiti Fails On Service

I have been using the myciti bus service since mid year last year when the service started and since then few things have changed. We stand in a myciti line for Half an Hour every morning before we are able to get a seat in the bus or you need to stand in an already crowded bus. Three of our buses was taken off our line and given to an area that \needed"it more. Those passengers now have a bus every 5mins and they don't need to stand"
