MYCITI CT RELIABLE BUS SERVICE? WHT A LOAD OF BULL

who is it reliable for? Definaltey not the commuters from Atlantis who travel religious everyday. Every single morning we wait in anticipation for the (06:05) TO3 to Table View, because this bus is always late, the bus driver doesnt even look at you when you board the bus, because he is too interested on his cellphone. This morning was no suprise the usual late bus did not pitch at all, and between 06:00 -06:30 almost 8-10 busses had passed our stop which were all \engaged"i eventually got to work - late obviously.
