MyCiti bus service taking us for a ride.

<p>Please explain why there was a charge of 5.9 points for tapping in and then tapping out almost immediately without taking a bus or leaving the station? Using the mover plan, I loaded 200 points on my card and tapped in to make sure points were loaded, I tapped out immediately after and was charged 5.9 points without using a bus or leaving the station. I asked the kiosk assistant why I was charged without boarding a bus or taking a journey and was told that you pay a minimum charge just by entering the station. So you are charged whether you choose to use MyCiti service or not. </p>
