I loaded my card at Astron garage in Parklands and when I tapped out at Çivic centre I had a penalty and I didn’t understand why, only later to find out the money didn’t load on my card. Now what dazzled me is that I have to wait a whole flippin 32 days for my refund, and this not only happened to me but the were a couple of us. I thought this was a transport for the people, now how is one supposed to travel whilst waiting for the refund?
