Hello my name is Siphokazi I went to load my city bus with 400rands I asked the lady to load for with 300 I even showed her with my hands but because she was busy on her cellphone she didn't even hear me and she loaded with 400 while I gave her 400 she refused to give the changed cause she said she has already loaded with 400 I told her that am gonna use the she then said am more than welcome to report the matter in town or I can come back on the 25 to come and get it from her this was the baddest experience I have ever had????
