Myci routes

For the pass 3 weeks and this is the forth week ( Monday 08/03/20), the myciti route 103 bus from gardens to civvic center is not operating according to the timetable showed on the app. My kid whose primary school is at seapoint, always waits 30min at the Roeland bus stop because the 07:10, 07:14 and 7:26 bus do not operate according to the schedule. Kids are back to school and they do not even consider that. He has to take always the 07:44 which arrived sometimes late to get to school at 8:15. Imagine he gets there at 7:05 and only gets the 07:44 bus...But before he would aways get to school at 7:40-45 imagine. Please if my citi can take this into consideration. I've called and complained to their own website but the are not doing anything. So if hello Peter can please help us!
