My Citi wont do anything to HELP

I travelled this morning from Jansens station where I tagged in , and arrived 10 minutes later at table view station , where my my citi card would not tag me out , I was forced to tail gate to get to the office where I passed my card to a man who proceeded to bend my card both ways ,before telling me your card has a crack in it, I said sure it must you were just bending my card, i explained i just tagged in to stops away and now cant tag out, i was then told to buy a new card, i explained i do not have any money on me and that i live in town (but slept in table view last night) they also informed me that it SIMPLY ISNT THERE PROBLEM, i explained that i wanted my money back or my R300 in points loaded onto a new card, in the end i explained that this is not fair that i should now have to walk home to town from table view to get a money to pay for a new card someone else for this company has just ruined.
