My Citi Drivers are ***** and taxi drivers

I was involved in an accident in December and the my citi bus knocked me, I filed a case at the nearest police station and also with my citi and they put me in touch with there insurance I was advised to obtain three quotations and paperwork which I had to pay for quotations. Never the less a few weeks goes by and they rejected my claim, as the driver of the bus claims he has no idea why I stopped him and asked for his drivers license. they told me that I need to find a witness or appointment an attorney, this happened on my way to work prior to morning peak hour. They have not contacted me again regarding this matter.
