Money ****** from My Card

<p>I had my car repaired on the 26th of May 2016 and it lasted for the whole week. I used Myciti to get from Racecourse to the Civic Center and back. On the Monday I found that I had to get a new card . My card was only three years old ! . This meant paying for a new card and not having the points that were on the old card (takes three weeks).</p> <p>I used the service as far as making sure the card opened and closed the journey . I howeever found that I had a R26.00 penalty. I had to reload my card . </p> <p>On Thursday when I arrived at the Civic Center I found that there was a strike. I managed to get a very crowded bus but when I arrived at Racecourse Sation it was closed and I could not recharge my card. The next morning I found I had another penalty of R18.00 . I had to recharge my card again. </p> <p>I found the bus extermely crowed in the morning I was squashed standing - for the whole journey.</p> <p>There is no public address in Civic center a load hailer was used. There is a very low standard of service in general - I could have caught a taxi it felt the same.</p> <p> </p>
