Incompetence and *****

So I'm loading my connect card literally with R50 Rands everyday but when I tap out my card tells me I have a low balance. The route I take only deducts 9.9 points. I went to Adderley a colored lady assisted me told me she can't a print out of the statement, she sent me to civic centre they told me they had loadshedding at that time the was no loadshedding. I asked for the lady to give me her name she told me she's buyisile bunga which I think is a **** name. No one attended to my query I still don't know what's happening with my card.
