I want my money back

This is so unfair. I have loaded my while months travelling onto my mycity card. Traveling from mitchell's plain. Now that the busses are not riding .. I need to give put an additional months worth of traveling cause myciti refuse to refund me. They refund the people that loaded a monthly but not the people that put on mover points. Their people still have jobs cause they just get moved to another site or sration. But we as commuters that already paid. Has no money to come to work cause our traveling for the month is on a mycity card and there are no busses .. our jobs are at stake here. Why not just give my money back. It's easy to say make your own alternative arrangements to het to work but you don't want to give my money back so that I can do so. Your ripping us off !!!!!!!!
