I hate MyCiti service

So I had an incident at MyCiti bus service. all the terminal on the route after Woodstock did not work, they terminals are Paarden Eiland, Neptune and section , ens. we could not clock as there was no one to assist as well . all the commuters where inside the terminal not knowing what to do and the most important thing to us was , NOT LOOSING POINTS. the next I was given and be on your merry way. the assistance in these areas is appalling, as not really want to help as it more pretentious than actually helping. i never completed the form as I knew I will received my money. on a previous occasion i bought a one way ride and paid with a R50 and got my R20 change and it has been a year later. MyCiti don't really work for the people and even some drivers don't including the door operators , if they do , all commuters will be happy and satisfied.
