HORRIBLE SERVICE

I was in a very long line waiting to get on the bus at the Atlantis station, where I got stopped to wait for the next bus because it was full. When the next bus arrived, I wanted to get on, but was stopped again by the guy controlling who gets on and who has to wait. I was told to go all the way back to the back of the line, EVEN THOUGH I was first in line. Now I am late for work due to this terrible service from MyCiti. I have never experienced such bad and unprofessional staff at MyCiti!!
