when i tapped out at civic centre on a bus from sunningdale the was an error reading configuration error, the supervisor at the station told the security to open up for me at 2 other ladies who were faced with the same problem and we were told that when we tap in the will be a penalty charged and the is nothing she can do about it, what we must do is fill-in a claim form and we will be reimbursed after 3weeks which is ridiculous as the fault was with myciti system, why do i have to go through this trouble and wait so long
