Expired Funds on the Myciti Card

I have several myciti bus cards and they have funds, they are seldom used. I have recently discovered that the funds on one card have expired. It was not communicated to me that there is a possibility of expiry of funds. I have contacted Myciti customer care to find solution and there was no response.
