Does not want to give my money back.

Hi, I got over R400 points on my card, I use to travel from Mitchells Plain to Town and that service has stopped and when I asked to get my money back off my card they said there is no way of giving it back and that I have to come on weekend and stand at Myciti's terminus and sell my card, what kind of service is that?? like seriously how can you tell your customers to come and stand at their Myciti terminus to sell my card because they don't want to give our/my money back.

This is unacceptable.
