Disappointing Service

The Myciti service level has dropped drastically over the years and it is disappointing to see.

When Myciti first started is was safe, clean & reliable. Now myciti has literally turned into the taxi rank on the deck unsafe driving, unprofessional bus drivers, dirty bus seats & unreliable in terms of times. I usually take the 105, 109,108 etc routes coming past sea point and since the 114 bus has been taken away traveling to work is usually a problem which results in late & full 109 busses, people end up taking an Uber or taxi to avoid being late. Complaining is of no help instead of resolving/investigating the issue they respond to you with giving you the time schedules.
