DISAPPOINTED and highly DISGUSTED

This morning we were traveling on the E301 bus from WOOD Drive to BAYSIDE. When we were just past the GREY stop the bus suddenly stopped dead. At that moment and time it was going quite fast and when it braked dead a lady flew from the back and tumbled through the bus and came to a stop in the middle of the bus. She was folded into the middle of the bus because she landed there with such force. The other passengers were also thrown against the seats in front of them. The driver did not even bother to come check If the passenger was all right. She had hurt her leg, knocked her head and had a split lip. When we asked what happened the other passengers told us that the driver stopped and then someone had gotten off the to get into a car and left. The person that got off the bus also took the injured passengers phone. I called the customer service number to lodge a complaint just after 8 am (reference number ***) I explained everything that happened and when I was done I wanted to give the customer service lady the contact details of the passenger that got hurt the flat out refused to take it. situation was treated like a piece of bubblegum found under a seat.
