Constantly late

<p>Dear MyCiti,</p> <p>I rely on your buses to get to work and back every day. You have a schedule time table that is minute specific. Why do you even bother displaying it?</p> <p>I have been late on the Vredehoek 101 line to town and back way too often. And it's getting worse. The bus was over an hour (!) late this morning. That's just ridiculous.</p> <p>I phoned your call centre (3 times). And noone could tell me anything and noone phoned me back. I still have yet to hear anything. But they were happy to make me wait on the phone while they took my details down and talked around. There is no accountability. Noone to speak to to get help quickly. Nothing. You're unreliable.</p> <p>Enough said. Thanks for messing up my day.</p>
