Bus ramp injury

I reported an incident on the 19th of March were the driver didn’t pull out the ramp and as a result of that I fell, one leg stuck in the hole and both legs were injured.

The only thing I received from them was an email with a ref number: ********** 371 stating they will call me but im sill waiting. I have been trying to contact their ***number they don’t answer. I am very disappointed with their service, I am injured and my one leg still gives me problems. This could have been avoided but the dry was neglegent. I am very disappointed maybe this will get their attention now.
