BUS OVERLOADED AND ALWAYS LATE!!!!

I am seriously so not impressed with My Citi infact I have impressed since using the lbus service in mod July 2014. When is My citi going to get it right?? I travel the Civic centre - Section street route and o my.... The busses are continuosly overloaded people leaning and at times being pushed up against the doors and the busses are forever late!!!!! Make a plan as I plan on going public and getting the Daily voice\ involved. There are alot of unhappy people on my route. Lots of people willing to give their 2 cents. My Citi needs to be exposed."
