Bus drivers

There are certain myciti bus drivers in Cape Town with absolutely no respect whatsoever for their passengers. They will barely open the doors properly or even stop right in front of the station doors. Some doors don't even open and you will have to run between the two doors. In this time the driver will close the door and carry on driving to the next station. This leads to having to wait for the next bus which just takes up more time out of your day. A week ago my partner and I got off the bus at one stop and while getting out the bus driver closed the door and he's arm got stuck between the bus doors. The bus driver and the station lady blamed each other for this incident. It has happened on many occasions where drivers close the doors without making sure passengers got off or even boarded already. Driving at a fast speed and braking roughly is definitely one of their strong points too regardless of whether there are standing passengers.

It is absolutely terrible to experience this.
