Bull**** services, billing and bus schedules!!

<p>Firstly I'm all for myciti. They try to be quite reliable with their scheduled times, however it seems as if those time are just up in certain areas but there aren't actually any buses for those allocated times. Like take racecourse in milnerton for instance. Everyday I leave work 15 minutes before the time so that I can get the bus that is supposed to get to and leave race course at 15h59. I get there at 15h50 or 15h45 and usually end up standing there till 16h10 - which by the way is almost time for the next bus that's supposed to come. If buses are going to be late shouldn't there be reserves on standby so that the times aren't affected?</p> <p>Which brings me to my next point. </p> <p>So because I have to travel via town to work which is in milnerton and back home, I rely on the the buses coming from the table view area to town to get there on time so that I can get the next bus in town to mitchells plain. That hasn't been happening though. The t01 from table view town is 10 to 15 minutes late so I miss the bus that leaves town before half past cause me to get home a solid 2 house after I finished work, and I say this because I know exactly how long my travel time should be with or without the traffic.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then there's so much I'm confused about which I'm sure many other myciti users are too. </p> <p>When loading your card, about 90.7% of those using mycity loads points and not money right?</p> <p>So how do we know when our card has been loading correctly at the kiosk?</p> <p>I personally load r400-r450 every month, usually the week after I've gotten paid. However at the end of October I found myself loading the very same day that I got paid which is the 25th and I loaded r450 to be exact. That was approx. 2weeks ago. Today I find myself only having 50 or 60 something points. </p> <p>How is it possible that r400 -r450 usually lasts more than a month and for October it only lasted 2weeks?</p> <p>And don't get me wrong I understand that for every journey taken, points are used - but what Bull**** is this where you tap into a place and it say X amount of points used. Used for what?</p> <p>I come from my house and I'm tapping in for the first time so what could I possibly be using that points for????</p> <p>Same thing happens when I tap in the the afternoons!</p> <p>And I want to know why???</p> <p> </p> <p>Because seriously!!</p> <p>Not only is mycity becoming sloppy with their service, I feel like they are starting to rob thousands of mycity users with the exorbitant prices and penalizing!</p> <p> </p> <p>So bottom line is this - why is going to be done to ensure that buses leave on time and get to destinations on time? </p> <p>And I don't want to know about traffic because on the west coast which is the milnerton table view area, mycity has its own roads so there's no way in hell that it's affected by traffic.</p> <p> And also how will we as customers know whether our cars have been loaded correctly and also why we are paying just to tap in, because I'm pretty sure that you only pay once you've tapped out as your distance travelled is only calculated at that time!!!</p>
