Blatant disregard for their commuters

I have been traveling using this bus service since November 2021 and some days it is okay and some day la there is a blank disregard for other commuters in the bus.

The regulators at each station clearly do not enforce the queuing system implemented at each station which I presume is there for a reason but they are two busy having conversations or are too scared of commuters to ensure rules are followed so the rest of us that have been queuing for long time, have to just wait and be pushed out of the lines and make do with standing your entitle journey or being pushed about.

If that isn’t worse enough, then you have to deal with the people that blatantly refuse to wear masks on the bus and there is no one to enforce it.

One is expected to pay the same amount as every other commuter but yet you are treated so poorly.

I know that many other commuters feel the same but given the fact that MyCIti and its employees don’t care, we are just supposed to be silent and not complain and be happy to pay the fare and expect shocking service delivery.
