BAD SERVICE MiCITY

I am not a regular Mi Citi commuter, but due to my son's school changing to Town Centre I have to take him every morning. My son is in creche and to me his still a baby, infact he cant hardly sit on the my citi bus on his own. Most of the time he is on my lap or he must give up his seat for an elderly person. So why does my son who is still in creche have to pay for a my citi bus trip to school? I have no idea what kind of service my city offers. I called in beginning of the year to prepare myself and find out the rates for my citi. I was told he does not have to pay because 1 - 3 years dont pay. Now when I get to the bus stop they tell me I must read the sign,'' it says 3 and under dont pay meaning 3 years must pay''. Do the employees at my citi even understand what is written in their own signs? Now they tell me if his taller then 1 metre he must pay. So if my child for example is 2 years old, but his tall he now must pay on my city. What kind of rule is this? Children are now paying for thier height. This is unacceptable and to make such small children pay is ridiculous. I mean I can understand having maybe a child fare, but not expecting small babies at creche to pay a my citi fare same as adults do. I mean I have used the train for years and on the train chilren only start paying from 7years old once they start primary school. This makes much more sense to me then making 3 , 4 , 5 year olds pay bus fare. Even on the taxi this age does not pay. I mean the worst part is everytime I get on the bus the driver asks for my sons age. What does the driver have to do with my sons age. This is age ************** and I will not accept this at all. This needs to stop now, mi citi needs to charge children 7 years and up and also not contradict themselves please, this is very frustrating and very unpleasant for us commuters.
