Bad service

Service is bad especially when you work night. I went to 2 different counters trying to load my card and the machine was offline only to be forced to buy 1 way card which Cost R30.... I even asked the lady who is on duty to open for me and I can load at bayside and she told me to buy 1 way... Bad service
