bad service ....

<p>Hi </p> <p>I have notes that we are not being taken serious when it comes to time keeping or comunication .. My bus was supose to be leaving dunoon station by 9:20am this morning no one botherd to let us know the is a delay , bus finaly came at 9:36 the driver busy on her celphone had to wait another 5 more munets to finish her phone convesation then left. What about the pasengers ? Does she even care? I dought !</p>
