bad service.

For the past 2-3 weeks there is always a breakdown in the morning and afternoon. To make things worse, the marshals have no clue on how to handle the situation. Commuters are told to go start a new line or are left to decide on what they want to do. Its just bad service and inconvenience. We have had to accept that you will arrive late at your destination, be it morning or afternoon. Pathetic!
