Bad MyCity service

So they have people who are going to sit in the bus and people who are going to stand in the bus at Civic centre. The conductor there was suppose to conduct that the people who had Qued for sitting to go in the bus first and let the the commuters who just came at the station and will be standing on the bus to go in later in the bus. However he let the people who did not Q over take the people who had been standing waiting for the bus. So people were pushing to get into the bus and the driver just closed the door while people were entering. That for me was wrong, there was no sort of communication for the conductor and driver to the commuters.
