Bad customer experience

This morning just after 8am, about 08:20, I was insulted by the bus driver!!! It was the T03 from Bayside to Centuary.

This person kept forcing an answer out people by repeatedly and loudly asking how they are, disturbing the peace of the trip. Upon my answer to him, he said that I don't look good at all. Repeating himself a few times. I was on my way to work. This put a real damper on my day ahead. I don't appreciate this kind criticism and judgment from someone who's job is only to drive the bus. He also said that other people should right good reviews about him, so that he can get a raise..... This kind of behaviour is not something that I asked for and I don't take the busses for it.

I hope you take this as a serious matter.
