Airport bus tickets

<p>On Saturday night my wife went to the Waterfront bus station and asked for 2 single and 2 return tickets from the Waterfront to the Airport. The ticket lady gave her 4 single trip tickets and told her that two tickets were return tickets when we phoned to complain at your call centre they told us that they were only 4 single tickets and that they dont sell return tickets. No where on your website are there TERMS and Conditions as would like my money back and I was told that MY CITI does not refund. This is a case for the Consumer Protection act as I find this to be unfair business practice and will take this matter further if I do not get a refund.</p>
