261 bus from town is the worst

261 busses from cape town to Omorumba in the evening is a total mess up and their staff dont care at all. On Tuesday, i waited for a 261 bus at Omorumba station. I got there at 17:30 and the wait for the next bus was 22 minutes. By 19:00 no bus arrived and the station was so full of people standing everywhere waiting in the cold. after waiting for an hour 2 passengers called over the intercom at the station and asked for answers. The only mycity official was just standing there protecting herself from the cold and not bothered about what was going on, not even trying to assist us in finding out where the bus was and not managing the line at all. Everyone who came late just stood close to the door. There were 3 busses standing on the other side of the station out of service and finally just before 7pm one of those busses/driver finally decided to transport all of us. Everyone pushed to get into the bus and the mycity official didnt bother to come closer to manage the line at all.

This is unacceptable because it happens often. I understand that there is traffic coming from town but there is also not only 1 bus and waiting for more almost 2 hours for a bus is really a disgrace. You advertise bus times on display and advertise that it will save people time but the 261 bus in the evening is a huge disappointment.
