**** call centre agents

I have received a call from mycelldeals today for cellphone contact offer, i accepted the offer but i have not received the cellphone. Now i'm receiving sms's to approve debit orders, i have not approved debit order and now they sending me an sms to say they will send me login details for something i didn't opt for.
