Hand puppets of Blue Label Telecoms that apparently look for deals with "partners", yet what they forget to mention is that their sole purpose is to drum up support for Cell C as BLT is the majority owner of a quickly failing Cell C. Cell C ignore ECT and POPI laws and just hands out your telephone number to their masters to use and abuse.
