Mycelldeals is harassing me! They refuse to forget me!

OH my word, I have never received such bad service in my life. I have spoken to more than twenty agents and said managers at mycelldeals, and none of them can execute my simple request.

All I want is for my information to be deleted from their system. According to the POPI Act, I have the right to be forgotten. However, this company is harassing me, offering me a cellphone contract, and I have clearly said I am not interested. This has to stop!
