Invasion of privacy

To the best of my knowledge, I don't understand why call consultants have been calling me from this company the whole day today they have my ID number and full name I haven't app**** for anything with my cell deals and they have violated the POPI act them and Blue label connect. Every time I get asked by other companies if I want to share my information with 3rd parties I decline unless those 3rd parties are part of the same company.

I also haven't app**** with blue label connect to the best of my knowledge and if they have proof of me applying or trying to apply with them I shall accept it. Until all the documentation can be produced. I believe that my cell deals and blue label has violated my privacy as I have opted out of telemarketing calls and I would like to be compensated for the invasion of my privacy if documentation can not be proven or provided for.
