harassment

i am very angry and upset with this company i have asked the a number of time to stop calling me how ever they still call me 5 to 7 time a day . every time i tell them i am not interested they cut they call and another agent calls me . i even ask for my details to be remove yesterday and the agent told me he can not do that . i am still getting calls from the company which is not stopping . i would like to lay a complaint about them . some one please help as to where i can do that as they are not following the POPIA act ....
