Mybux voucher failed

I have been trying to reach out to the assistance to help me create an account. I really need a mybux voucher. But unable to buy because I am unable to register . Plus there services it's return that they will get back to me within 24hours but still failed it's been more than 5 days now having sent 3 emails.
