Worst experience

I paid the full amount on 26/06/2021 as quoted and I'm still waiting for Jaen the owner to finish my bathroom cabinet. I used Jaen Myburgh the owner from Myburgh Stone & Kitchen Studio previously known as Myburgh Küchenstudio in 2013 for my kitchen. My experience then and now is worlds apart. The business is overpriced with bad craftsmanship and work ethic. I compared Myburgh Stone & Kitchen Studio's price with competitors in the industry and the quote is double. I paid in full according to quotation terms and conditions. The owner, Jaen is full of empty promises and excuses. He has a new story every week. It's now 5 weeks after installation was done and my bathroom cabinet is still not completed. Jaen is quick to send a quote and ask for payment with the promise that he want to start with your project just to ghost you after payment. He makes you feel important before payment and after payment it's like he is doing you a favour. It doesn't seem like Jaen has any pride or attention to detail in the work he does. I have photo's of the job that was done and numerous messages of me begging Jaen to please complete the cabinet.
