Terrible service at Myburg guesthouse Klerksdorp

Good day. We were referred by friends off us to stay at the Myburg guesthouse in Klerksdorp. I (Gert Diedericks DJ One & One) booked for the 3&4 February. I paid the whole amount of R1500 on the first of February that includes breakfast . We booked in on the 3rd at about 14:30. When we returned from our function in the morning at 03:30 we needed to call someone to open the gate for us because there were no remote or key to open the gate. There was a private function at the guest house on the 4th. When we needed to leave for our function at 19:30 there were cars off the private function parked inside the guesthouse parking lot. There were a car behind us so we could not leave in time for our function. We needed to go around and look for the owner off the car that was in the first place not supposed to be parking there. We paid for our stay and parking. Some of the people we asked about the car was very rood to me and some were just laughing at me. After about 15 minutes they found the driver. After our return from the function again we needed to call more than twice to get the gate opend. The yard was a mess. Alcohol bottles and cans everywhere on the grass. At 08:00 I called to find out till how late are the serving breakfast. The lady said till 08:30. When we arrived at the dining hall it was still a mess from the function that was held there. I went to ask what now. The said we can ordered breakfast and they will bring it to the room. so where must we sit and enjoy our breakfast. On the bed. We desided to leave without breakfast what we also paid for because we could not enjoy it at a table like normal humanbeens. Management should let people booked in and pay a lot off money if this is the standard of service they delivered. Sorry to say. Even if the room is clean this means nothing to the tipe of broblems we encountered this weekend.

Definitely a no go for enjoy your stay at this place.
