a few minutes ago i received an email from an sales agent Allwin Mudau Allwin Senior Sales Agent | Mynet | IOT Broadband advising me he is trying to get a hold of to offer me a an uncapped LTE package .I rep**** and advised him that i am looking for a month to month simcard deal and this was his unprofessional reply .

impossible you need to go to your nearest Telkom store

who replies to customers like that ?

i will definitely not be doing business with this company ,he is embarrassing TELKOM with his unprofessional reply.
